Returns and Refunds

Once you receive the product, please contact us immediately via email (support@three-arrows.com) or the official nino LINE.

Our staff will respond to your inquiry, but please understand that responses may be delayed depending on work schedules. Please also note that, except in cases where the product is defective, we may not be able to accept returns depending on the condition of the product.

If you return the product for personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping cost.

You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Once we have confirmed the returned item, we will refund the amount to the account used for the payment method used when placing the order. You will receive a notification that the refund has been completed to the email address registered when placing the order.

About Shipping

For small items, the shipping fee is 180 yen (tax included) nationwide, for regular delivery it is 770 yen (tax included), and for large items it is 1,100 yen (tax included). For details, please refer to the shipping policy .

Delivery dates cannot be specified. You can choose the delivery time from the options below. However, please note that some delivery methods may not apply to time zone selections. (Yu-Mail/Yu-Pack: small items, T-shirts, etc.)

Shipping is free for orders over 7,700 yen (tax included) for small delivery items, over 7,700 yen (tax included) for standard delivery items (over 22,000 yen (tax included) for customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands), and over 11,000 yen (tax included) for large delivery items (over 22,000 yen (tax included) for customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands).

About the product

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve stock. Once the stock is depleted, the item will be sold out.

If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If the product you receive is obviously different from the photo on the product page, we will handle the return at our discretion.
